JD Warehousing REIT
JD Warehouse REIT (5080985H), officially known as "Harvest JD Warehousing and Logistics Closed-end Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund", was listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on February 8, 2023. It is the first privately-owned warehouse real estate REIT in China. It holds three logistics parks in Chongqing, Wuhan and Yifang, with a total construction area of 350,995.49 square meters. All of them are high-standard warehouses representing the highest level of modern intelligent logistics in China in terms of scale, automation, and operational excellence.
