Green Infrastructure
During construction, our parks actively embrace green and low-carbon practices by adopting prefabricated building methods, which enhance efficiency while significantly reducing construction waste and carbon emissions. We implement sponge city designs to enable rainwater harvesting and recycling, improving ecological resilience and environmental quality. Additionally, we prioritize the use of renewable, low-energy building materials, further minimizing our carbon footprint and advancing sustainable development.

Carbon Emission
Monitoring Platform
Based on the industrial internet infrastructure of JD, the intelligent upgrade and transformation of the energy monitoring system in the park is carried out. By using IoT technology to collect energy consumption data of the park, a carbon accounting model is established to conduct real-time monitoring and tracking of emission data, achieving efficient management of energy consumption in the park and efficient management of carbon emission data. Through monitoring the operation of the park's integrated photovoltaic, storage and charging system and the monitoring of emission reduction quantities, the potential for emission reduction is further explored, helping the park achieve the dual carbon goals sooner.

JD( Xi'an) Intelligent Logisitc Park - China's First "Zero Carbon" Logistic Park
Carbon-Neutral Logistics Park
In March 2022, the JD( Xi'an) Intelligent Logisitc Park received the carbon neutrality certification dual certificates issued by the Beijing Green Exchange and the China Test Institute (CT). Relying on the abundant solar energy resources in the area, through photovoltaic power generation and energy storage facilities, continuous renewable power is obtained. The on-site renewable green energy is maximally utilized to replace traditional energy: For the power source, by improving the management system and optimizing the distribution, transportation processes, distributed air conditioners precisely meet the local energy supply needs, and introducing new special equipment and charging stations, etc., the operational efficiency and electrification level of the area are continuously improved to achieve energy efficiency optimization of the park; Through carbon trading and value chain optimization, the greenhouse gas emissions generated by itself are offset, achieving zero emissions of carbon dioxide in the park.

Carbon-Neutral Logistics Park
JD Property has tailored a single-story warehouse and shelving system in accordance with the global unified standards of BMW and the advanced international logistics technologies. The application of world-class software and hardware facilities ensures efficient and convenient warehousing and logistics functions. Moreover, the sustainable development concept was strictly followed at the design stage, promoting the low-carbon development of the park. By the end of 2022, JD Property has provided 222,000 square meters of customized logistics infrastructure for BMW, helping to improve BMW's local logistics network deployment in China.
